Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Gatekeepd collects through this website and the waitlist, why, and what you can do about it. Gatekeepd is operated by Techy Solutions (NS0310159-P), registered in Malaysia("we", "us").

What we collect

• Your email address when you join the waitlist.
• Optional details you choose to share: your Instagram or TikTok handle, what kind of creator you are, and how you'd like to get paid.
• Your approximate country, worked out from your connection by our hosting provider. We don't store your IP address with your sign-up.
• Referral information: your invite code and, if you joined through someone's link, whose code it was.
• Anonymous usage statistics (page views, referrers, device type) through Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.

Why we use it

• To keep your place on the waitlist and tell you when Gatekeepd launches.
• To honour your founding-member price when you subscribe.
• To ask for your feedback and votes on what we build, which is one of the waitlist perks.
• To understand who we're building for and improve the product.

We only email you about Gatekeepd. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us. We never sell your information.

Who processes it

We use trusted providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Neon (database) and Resend (sending our emails). Your information may be stored on servers outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or up to 12 months after launch if you don't become a customer, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email hello@gatekeepd.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example under Malaysia's PDPA or the EU/UK GDPR), you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Gatekeepd is for creators aged 16 and over. If you're under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is okay with you signing up.

Changes

We'll update this page if anything changes, and email waitlist members about significant changes.
